Virtual conventions

Do I need a pass for a virtual convention?
No! For our virtual conventions you buy the activity you want to take part in. No need to buy a pass before!
Can we share a one on one?
No! We have a different activity (group session) for shared chats.
Can someone be on screen with me if only one ticket was purchased?
One ticket per person. If there are two people on the screen, they must each have a ticket.
How will I be able to join my activity?
You will get a link to our zoom meeting room at the latest on the Friday before the event.
When do I log in to my activity?
Make sure you log in (click on the link) 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your session. That way we can ensure that you are set up in the waiting room and the activity can start on time.
Does my zoom name need to be the same as my ticket name?
Yes! This is very important. If they don’t match we can’t let you into your activity.
Will I get a screenshot of my activity?
Yes, at the end of every activity we will take a screenshot. This includes 1 on 1s, group chats and meeting rooms. The only activity that does not have a screenshot at the end of the session is the panel.
When will I get my screenshot?
It can take up to a week before you receive your screenshot. We want to make sure we give you quality shots.
Will I get a screenshot for every extra I buy?
Yes, you get one screenshot for every extra you buy.
Will I be able to buy the recordings?
No! We won’t sell the recordings of the activities.
Can I take screenshots/recordings?
No! Absolutely not! To respect our guests privacy it is not allowed to record any of the activities or take screenshots of the activities. Please respect their privacy! Any screenshots/recordings found on social media or otherwise and the poster will be immediately banned from the event and any future events.
Will I get a refund if I miss my activity?
No! If you miss your activity or have technical issues, we will do our best to get you into a later session of the activity if possible. If not, we will NOT be able to give refunds.
Will I get a refund if a guest cancels?
Guest appearances are subject to their schedules, which can change quickly and at the last minute. If a guest cancels, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer any options available (rescheduling, vouchers, etc.).
