- There is absolutely NO recording or screenshots allowed during any activity. Anyone doing so will be removed from the activity and banned from future events. You will NOT receive a refund. 

- Tickets are non refundable and non transferable.

- One ticket per person. If there are two people on the screen, they must each have a ticket.

- Your camera must be on.

- If you miss your activity or have technical issues, we will do our best to get you into a later session of the activity if possible. If not, we will NOT be able to give refunds.

- We will take a screenshot at the end of each meeting or chat (other than panels) and email them to you, usually within a few days.

- Guest appearances are subject to their schedules, which can change quickly and at the last minute. If a guest cancels, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer any options available (rescheduling, vouchers, etc.).

- Please respect guests’ privacy and answers. No personal or invasive questions. Guests have the right to refuse to answer any question.
